Discussion:
We start off going with 18 Strength and 18 Constitution, as solid as it starts for an earthstrength warden, that has a bonus to both his primary and secondary stats. We have 12 wisdom for  qualifying for battle awareness and it gives us a bonus to are will which is always awesome. We also put 2 into dexterity because we can't forget about reflex and initiative is something defenders like.
We took thorn strike well because sometimes you just can't reach em, and it pulls them back. Weight of earth just brings what wardens need, to stop there opponents from running away. Roots of Stone is a close burst 1 don't run away from me or else. They get punished even more because you got earthstrength juju in you. Form of Winters Herald is an untyped bonus to AC and a close burst 2 of difficult terrain that is ally friendly. Lets not forget about the close burst  1 immobilize encounter power.
We take weapon expertise which will establish accuracy which will soon be followed up by Markings of the Victor. It will help make up for the +2 proficiency warhammer.

Discussion: You become much tougher by grabbing Toughness and Goliath Juggernaut, 20 health is nothing to laugh at. Also taking an opportunity attack is pretty hefty, It is now a melee basic attack with your consitution modifier added to your damage and a slow! The Goliath Juggernaut PP in every way will make you a showstopper on the battlefield.

Build Goal and Tactics:
You can take a hits better than most. Your punishment some would consider sub optimal but we make it up with Crippling Crush, Earth's Punishment, and Sudden Roots. You make it so running away isn't an option, with Treacherous Ice,Form of the Entangling Spider, Form of the Crushing Mountain. Oh, silly Koval wait just one minute! What if they teleport? Well silly, i have a feyslaughter warhammer, so they can't poof. What makes Kildok tough? He has the most health possible for any class, unless that class went 20 Constitution and i would not grab  for the maximum, for loss of accuracy.

Believe me when i say we still keep it real with our durability.Brooch of Vitality+Toughness+Goliath Juggernaut give us a nice chunk of health. Oh did i almost forget to mention once again that now you roll twice for all your saves and that you can take two of them before your turn even starts thanks to Enduring font. Facing a BBEG? Undying Vanguard is the ability that will take you to your peek, aura/forced movement/ongoing damage/granting combat advantage gone. Oh yea you come into an encounter with 15 temporary hit points thanks to lifeblood armor.

Being a Goliath brought alot of fantastic touches to Kildok. Vicious Advantage can make sure that those affected by your movement hindering effects help hit the one guy you really want to hit gets hit. With Unyielding Stone you can get 24 temporary hitpoints and 15 resistance make that 24 resistance with your PP utility one encounter per day. That might create enough incentive to ignore you, well you sure jolly gosh will make sure that's a a little difficult with Marked Fury your penalty to attack rolls can rack up with more pesky monsters around you.

        Special Thanks to:
LDB, for this build template
AlphaAnt, for the handbook he made.
Obtuse Hobbit,Grey Warden for helping me out.
Szechrock (just in case)

Thanks for the addition to the thanks section.

Just looking over it (I don't have too much time on my hands right now), you didn't retrain out Paragon Defenses for Robust Defenses at epic. This adds +1 to your NADs. Also retrain Armor Specialization to Second Skin, since they're feat bonuses and thus don't stack with each other.

In terms of a Goliath, it's better to take Weapon Focus over GGWP, as it's a bigger upgrade than GGWP and the goliath feat doesn't give you access to superior weapons like other racial feats do.

You're magic items are confusing: I can tell you made some typos with them that you should fix so it's easier to read. I'll wait to suggest anything on that part until you do.

All I got with a quick glance, I'll comment later with more in-depth suggestions.

I got a chance to be at my normal computer, so I'll continue with the thoughts from my previous post.

I'm not too familiar with either the PP or ED, but I do love the Ceaseless Guardian ED for any build like this. Being able to defend while dazed or stunned goes a long way in making you a better defender.

Daily Powers look perfect to me, as do Encounter Powers.

Markings of the Victor isn't really giving you all that much in terms of being a better Defender. It's a once/encounter reroll, which doesn't really give you much, and if you hit your target the first time, it's a wasted feat. Markings of the Elements would be better for you, as you can pick which kind of damage type to resist (and thus gain an extra 5 resist, better than a reroll). Guard of Stone also increases mark penalty when you use Stone's Endurance, so a solid choice there.

How exactly are you getting -11 to your marks? I'm not familiar with the PP at all, but that seems a bit overkill. And if it isn't, I like that PP Wink.

What about Vicious Advantage? Since you'll be slowing a lot of enemies, it can come in handy to get that extra accuracy you'll need in certain situations. I'd recommend taking out Markings of the Victor for that or Markings of the Elements.

Retraining Armor Spec. to Second Skin will also get you an additional Epic feat to work with. Dazing Fury is nice to get some action denial with your Warden's Fury, or Primal Resurgence will allow you to get one of those nice forms back. Ancient Stone is also nice for an extra round of durability.

All I got atm, but it looks nice to start with.
Markings of the Victor lets you roll twice on the first attack roll of an encounter, it add's a hint of accuracy when i need something to hit. I'll see where i can fit in markings of the victor.

"That might create enough incentive to ignore you, well you sure jolly gosh will make sure that's a complete waste of time with Guard of Stone -11 to attack anyone but you when you activate that racial ability."

Heroic Tier
Prerequisite: Goliath, warden
Benefit: While you are under the effect of your stone’s endurance racial power, each enemy marked by you takes an additional penalty to attack rolls for attacks that don’t include you as a target. The penalty equals your Constitution modifier and lasts until the end of your next turn. +9+2=11.

Thanks for the comments, i'm going to fit in robust defenses now.

GOLIATH JUGGERNAUT PATH FEATURES

Rampaging Action (11th level): When you spend an action point to make an attack, if you hit with the attack you knock all enemies adjacent to one target you hit prone.

Battlefield Warcry (16th level): Whenever you first become bloodied in an encounter, you and each ally within 5 squares of you gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.

Solid PP.

Markings of the Victor should still be switched out. I would go Vicious Advantage, CA is never a bad thing to have. If you don't want that, there's enough good heroic tier feats for you to choose from. Maybe take the Earthstrength feat that gives you resisit all when you Second Wind: you should still use it once per encounter, and when you do, you can use that stance from the PP to gain a hefty amount of resist.

You're Guard of Stone strategy sounds iffy at best. You can only do it as a minor, so you must do it on your turn. So when you do, enemies will just sit still attacking you for 2 rounds until it wears off, then go attack your allies. Unfortunately, there's just not much you can do about it. Maybe if you have access to Mark of Warding, that's an extra -1 (and +1 for you when you boost your defense).

Stoneblessed is also a very good PP. It gives you permanent reach and threatening reach 1/encounter, which can make you a lot more sticky as you'll be slowing enemies 1 sqaure away. Just a thought, really.
I'm close to switching out markings of the victor, but i hope you realize that guard of stone activates when you use your racial, which is when you get 15/24 resistance and a boatload of resistance. So that's when they would have incentive to not attack you and it ends with the resistance. I also don't have acess to mark of warding so . Stoneblessed is nice but the build would have to change ALOT.
One thing I have been eyeing for Warden's is Marked Fury.

It requires a Fighter MC which is easy enough to get, but it enhances your mark making the penilty to hit equal to the number of enemies around you (minimum -2). With a Warden's ability to lockdown multiple opponents I think this might be a very nice addition to the Warden's Marking abilty.
I thought about it, but it being slighty situational made me hesitate a little bit.
Yeah it is a bit situational but I think it is a situation that comes up often enough with a Warden that it may be useful.

Of course. That's why it's a nice feat, since you get it every encounter. I just suggest making it so that you have a little more stickiness, but it's hard as a Warden to get it in more ways than you have, so you're fine there.

+2 to hit from CA is a lot better than a reroll for the first turn that 50% of the time won't matter since you might hit anyways. Also, Markings of the Elements gives you another 5 resist against a certain damage type, which is again better than the very situational reroll.

Marked Fury is nice, and something I was looking into for my build. My feat space was also a lot tighter than yours, so fitting that in somewhere seems like a good idea.
Goliath Greatweapon Prowess isn't doing anything at all for you at the moment. Its damage bonus only applies to military two-handed weapons, and since the warhammer is only one-handed + versatile, it doesn't apply. You'll want to go with Weapon Focus instead.

Other than that, it's a great start! Once I'm back on my home computer I'll add it to my build list.
Yes, I am a defender apologist. A Rock and a Hard Place: A Warden Handbook
Thanks, for that catch i didn't notice Goliath weapon prowess didn't go with versatile weapons.
Marked Fury has replaced Guard of Stone, and Markings of The Victor has replaced Vicious Advantage. I would like to point out that Markings of the Victor is not a reroll Grey_Warden, it lets you roll two d20's.

The first time you make an attack roll during each encounter, you can roll twice and use either result.

Thanks for the suggestions and comments everyone.

My mistake, but even so, it's too situational for my personal liking. Maybe in a more offensive build, but not here.

What about keeping Guard of Stone and replacing Ubiquitous Shield? I don't feel like +2 to Will is worth it, and I still sort of liked the huge penalty to hit (even though it's situational, the fact that it's such a large penalty makes it a nice thing to keep in your back pocket).

Other than that, I think it looks very nice.
Thanks, but i feel that the static property of marked fury will do fine, and that's not what Ubiquitous Shield does my friend.

Ubiquitous Shield
Paragon Tier
Prerequisite: 11th level, fighter
Benefit: While you are using a shield, enemies gain no bonus to attack rolls for having combat advantage against you.

That is something i plan to keep for a long time.
Uncanny Dodge with out the prereqs for Shield Fighters.
Goliaths by far are my second choice for Wardens and you definately have not dissapointed with this build.  Nice work man, looking forward to watching it develop.  Thanks for shout out Wink
MC-DrowBane- No problem and me too.

obtusehobbit- 15 wisdom prequisite is tough for some though.
The enters were fixed.
I played a 3rd Level Dark Sun variant of this character in Encounters last night (inherent bonuses). First thing that happened is we get captured by halflings, they take all our stuff, and we have a skill challenge to face. We win the skill challenge, and the result is that we are allowed to live, but get sent out into the world without our stuff (hate to see what happens when you lose the skill challenge). We then have to go fight our way in and retrieve said stuff, collect survival days, and run for our lives. Our party of six had three defenders (including a Fighter|Battlemind), and all three died (the squishies survived to run away). Low AC was tough, but the Mind Thrusts that attacked Will were even worse. I took something like 100 damage during the encounter, though Stone's Endurance ate 20% of that or so...

As an aside, the Fighter|Battlemind spent the whole encounter armed with a big rock and was surprisingly effective with it thanks to the Arena Fighting theme. That was pretty cool.
alright
