Inspired by the name listed (on another forum in a Runequest thread), here is Deathbeak Bloodletter, banished from preeminent criminal nest of Luskan.

I did not take all of the top-rated attacks and feats as I was trying to make an Artful Dodger that would weave in and out of combat advantage.  With the Kenku racial Flock ability, Flanking is +3 instead of 2, so I took a lot of shift powers and the Long Step Feat and Mark of the Sentinel, as well as Boots of the Fencing Master.

Tattoo of the Escape Artist is Teleport 1 as a minor after a crit and was cheap, as was the Phantom Soldier.  I don't believe I overspent my budget, but I moxed my calculator in the middle and once I fat-finger, I keep on doing it.  Sorry.

Please suggest improvements.

Looks like a fun build to me, I've wanted to try out a Kenku rogue for the fun flavor and solid mechanical benefits.  I'd definitely add a siberys shard of ice to the build, to capatalize on the permafrost shaninagins.
Nuts, how could I do the whole Frost thing and forget the shard?  Oh, well.
