The White Mage - A guide for Pacifist Healer Clerics
The Emblem of "Do not give up Your Fight", Athena watches over you and inspire your battles
This is the third "build" handbook. An handbook created for a single build which is an appendix of the real class handbook. In my case Gelatineous Octahedron Holy Smoke! A cleric's handbook is my fantastic source: without that handbook, mine wouldn't even exist.
In this guide i want to analyze the real gameplay of one of the most beautiful builds in the d&d panorama, the Pacifist Healer, which is commonly known as Healic (healing cleric).
For the new board users i specify that the Pacifist Healer cleric is a type of ranged cleric (devoted or shielding build) who chose the Pacifist Healer feat, increasing its healing output by a great margin, but denying the possibility to do damage. This build is the only in D&D which is actually discouraged to do any kind of direct damage (i'll specify later what is "direct damage"), and wizards developer created a large chunk of proper powers for healics.
About me: I've played twice the entire pacifist healer career, keeping alive a large party in very difficult encounters and i think i can help someone else with my gameplay experience. I hope you like my little guide, and i specify that your feedback is not only welcome, but needed.
I ask your apologize for my english, which is far from perfect: when you will read some grammatical horrors, please write your scandalized post as fast as you can ^^
