You create a zone of darkness in a close burst 1 that lasts until the end of your next turn. The zone moves with you until the end of your next turn. The zone blocks line of sight for all creatures without darkvision or some other way to see in darkness except you. Any creature entirely within the area that does not have darkvision or some other way to see in darkness (except you) is blinded.
