Property
When you use the dispel magic power through this tome, you can target two conjurations or zones instead of one, and you gain a +2 item bonus to attack rolls to destroy them.

You expend an unused wizard utility power of level 6 or higher and gain the use of the dispel magic power (Player's Handbook, page 162). The power is lost if you don't use it before the end of the encounter.
