A spectral hand appears in any square you can see within 6 squares of you and casts a power with the implement keyword that you know. Use the square occupied by the spectral hand to determine line of effect and cover for your attack. You expend the power as normal.

If you've reached at least one milestone today, a spectral eye also appears in the same square. Use that square to determine line of sight and concealment for your attack.
