Trigger: You hit a target with a lightning or thunder attack.

Effect: You deal 5 + your Strength modifier extra lightning and thunder damage to the target, and push the target up to 2 squares. In addition, the target is dazed until the start of your next turn.

Level 23: You gain a +5 item bonus to Intimidate. You deal 10 + Strength modifier extra lightning and thunder damage and push the target up to 4 squares.
