When you use arcane defiling, you deal 2 extra points of necrotic damage to each ally affected by the power, and gain a +1 item bonus to the result of the rerolled attack bonus or damage roll.
    Level 12: You deal 4 extra necrotic damage, and the item bonus is +2
    Level 22: You deal 6 extra necrotic damage, and the item bonus is +3
