Effect: The burst creates a zone that lasts until the end of the encounter. Squares in the zone are difficult terrain for any creature that doesn't have forest walk, and such a creature takes 5 damage for each square of movement in the zone.

Effect: The hag alters its physical form to appear as a crone or a young woman of any Medium humanoid race until it uses change shape again or until it drops to 0 hit points. To assume a specific individual's form, the hag must have seen that individual. Other creatures can make a DC 33 Insight check to discern that the form is a disguise.
