First Failed Saving Throw: The target takes ongoing 10 cold damage and is restrained instead of immobilized (save ends). Second Failed Saving Throw: The target is encased in Koliada's ice until the end of the encounter. A creature encased in Koliada's ice cannot take actions, gains resist 10 all, and is unaware of its surroundings. See also winter's mistress, below.
