Hit: 2d10 + 13 psychic damage, and the oni regains 10 hit points. If the oni is at full hit points, it instead gains 10 temporary hit points.

Hypnotic Breath (charm) ✦ Recharge when first bloodied

Attack: Close blast 5 (creatures in the blast); +11 vs. Will

Hit: The target is dazed (save ends).

    First Failed Saving Throw: The target is instead unconscious (save ends).

Gaseous Form (polymorph) ✦ Encounter

Effect: The oni becomes insubstantial and gains fly 8 (hover) until the end of its next turn. While in this form, the oni can enter and move through a porous obstacle that would otherwise prevent movement.

Sustain Standard: The effect persists until the end of the oni's next turn.
