Hit: 2d8 + 7 damage, and the target is grabbed (escape DC 24). Until the target escapes the grab, it takes ongoing 5 damage.

Spatial Rift (teleportation) ✦ Recharge ⚄ ⚅
Effect: The rift render teleports up to 5 squares. Any creatures grabbed by the rift render teleport with it, appearing in an unoccupied space adjacent to the rift render. This movement does not end the grab.
