Hit: 3d6 + 7 radiant damage.

⚔ Love's Kiss (charm) ✦ Recharge when no creature is subject to this power

Attack: Melee 1 (one creature); +12 vs. Will

Hit: The target cannot attack the angel, and on each of its turns, the target must use a move action to move as close to the angel as possible. This effect lasts until the angel ends its turn in a square that is not adjacent to the target, until the angel or one of its allies attacks the target, or until the angel drops below 1 hit point.

Minor Actions

Change Shape (polymorph) ✦ At-Will

Effect: The angel alters its physical form to appear as a Medium humanoid until it uses this power again or until it drops to 0 hit points. To assume a specific individual's form, the angel must have seen that individual. Other creatures can make a DC 30 Insight check to discern that the form is a disguise.

Chaste Kiss ✦ Encounter

Effect: One ally adjacent to the angel gains 10 temporary hit points, and the angel ends one effect on the ally that a save can end.
