Trigger: An enemy within 5 squares of you saves, or an ally within 5 squares of you fails a saving throw

Target: The triggering enemy or ally in the burst

Effect: The target rerolls the saving throw. If the target is an enemy, it takes a penalty to the saving throw equal to your Intelligence modifier or Wisdom modifier. If the target is an ally, he or she gains a bonus to the saving throw equal to your Intelligence modifier or Wisdom modifier.
