While you are in this form, you ignore difficult terrain, gain resist 5 all, and you can compress your body to squeeze through a 1-inch-wide crack. Cracks and other openings that are more than 1 inch wide do not slow you at all.

Hit: 3[W] + Strength modifier damage, and you grab the target. Each time the target starts its turn grabbed by this attack, it takes 10 damage.

Miss: Half damage, and you shift one-half your speed.
