Effect: You can shift 2 squares to a square adjacent to the triggering enemy.

Target: Each enemy in the burst you can see

Attack: Strength + 6 vs. Reflex
Level 21: Strength + 9 vs. Reflex

Hit: 1d10 + Strength modifier damage, and the target is dazed until the end of its next turn.
