Effect: Before the attack, you shift your speed.

Target: One, two, or three creatures

Attack: Primary ability vs. AC

Hit: 2[W] + ability modifier damage, and the target takes ongoing 10 damage and is dazed (save ends both).

Miss: Half damage, and ongoing 5 damage (save ends).
