While you are in this form, you gain a flight speed equal to your speed (you must land at the end of your movement) and a +5 bonus to Perception checks. Once, before the end of the encounter, you can use the night owl attack power.

Effect: The target is slowed, and the first ally to make a successful attack against the target before the end of your next turn regains hit points equal to 5 + your Constitution modifier.
