If the target is bloodied or becomes bloodied while under this effect, the ongoing damage increases to 30. When the target takes ongoing damage from this power, each creature or unattended object within 3 squares of the target takes the same amount of damage. When this effect ends, the target falls to the ground.

Miss: Ongoing 10 necrotic damage (save ends). If the target is bloodied or becomes bloodied while under this effect, the ongoing damage increases to 20. When the target takes ongoing damage from this power, each enemy within 3 squares of the target takes the same amount of damage.
