Target: One creature

Effect: Dexterity modifier radiant damage, and the target takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
    Level 11: 2 + Dexterity modifier radiant damage.
    Level 21: 4 + Dexterity modifier radiant damage.

Special: You can use only one bladespell power per triggering attack.
