Requirement: You must be wielding a crossbow, a light thrown weapon, or a sling.

Target: Each enemy you can see in the blast

Attack: Dexterity vs. AC

Hit: Dexterity modifier damage, and the target is blinded until the end of your next turn.

Miss: Dexterity modifier damage.
