Attack: Strength vs. AC. The attack can score a critical hit on a roll of 18–20.

Hit: 4[W] + Strength modifier damage.

Effect: Each ally within 5 squares of you can make a ranged
basic attack against an enemy as a free action, with a power bonus to the attack roll and the damage roll equal to your Charisma modifier. Until the end of your next turn, any ranged attack made by you or your allies can score a critical hit on a natural roll of 18–20.
