Target: Each enemy in the burst

Attack: Wisdom vs. Reflex

Hit: 3d10 + Wisdom modifier fire damage.

Miss: Half damage.

Effect: The burst creates a zone that lasts until the end of your next turn. Any enemy that ends its turn in the zone takes 1d10 + your Wisdom modifier fire damage.

Sustain Minor: The zone persists until the end of your next turn.
